Sylvia Beach has worked with the cardiac surgery team since 1988. She serves as our clinical coordinator and liason between our surgeons and the hospital intensive care units. Sylvia is a vital team member and works closely with the physicians caring for our patients. She also performs the post-operative examinations on cardiac patients at their 30-day follow-up visit.
She attended the College of Notre Dame where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Biology in 1983. She went on to earn her AA Degree in Nursing at the College of San Mateo in 1988.
